County staff asked commissioners to place a modification to the county's ADP payroll and timekeeping contract on the agenda, recommending a change from a three-year to a five-year term to capture additional savings. "We decided just to go ahead with the 5 year, because we felt that the prices are not going down," a staff member said while describing the procurement review that removed features the county did not need.
