The board convened an executive session under state statutory authority to discuss personnel and property matters and returned to open session where it approved an addendum to the superintendent’s 2025–26 contract. The motion to approve the addendum was moved by Simon and seconded by Ford and recorded as passing with all board members voting "yes."
