Lawrence County commissioners reviewed a $500 bid from Lindbergh McPherson for a parcel on East Washington Street in Newcastle's 4th Ward and voted to reject it as described in Resolution 181. Chair explained that Newcastle City Council had already rejected the bid because of code violations and the county received no response from the Newcastle Area School District.
