The planning commission recommended approval of DLLP26-003, a tentative map to divide a large ranch parcel into two large parcels (portion of ~629.4 acres). Staff recommended approval provided legal access to all parts of the newly created parcels is secured prior to recording the final map, and that the division complies with Nevada Revised Statutes and county code.
