Committee backs extra sewer-rate increase to reduce forecasted $2.6M deficit

Administrator Patricia Diduch presented a proposal to add a 3 percent sewer-rate increase for fiscal year 2026–27 in addition to an already scheduled 7 percent increase. She said the measure is a proactive step "to reduce the forecasted $2.6 million cumulative deficit expected in the near future."
