The City Council approved Ordinance 2025-09, amending Chapter 99 on sewer services, on a third-reading roll call. Councilmember Joel Akers moved the ordinance with Travis Brott supporting; the motion passed 4-1. Blake Grolmus voted NO while Akers, Brott, Quin Pelz and Penny Westfall recorded YES votes.
