The Plano Plan Commission formally reopened the public hearing on the Plano Skies solar proposal, heard developer witnesses and members of the public, and took procedural votes to manage the record. After expert presentations and more than two dozen public comments, the commission voted to continue the public hearing for the testimony portion on Aug. 3 from 6 to 9 PM to allow interested parties to present sworn testimony.
