Heather Farris, planning staff, summarized the Border Crossing final subdivision map (28 lots at the northeast corner of Clearview Drive and Silver Sage Drive) and said the developer met all conditions of approval and posted securities for incomplete site improvements. "Staff has found that the developer has met all of the conditions of approval and... we are recommending approval of the final map," Farris said.
