The full story

The Board held a first‑reading introduction of Bill 104, a zoning map amendment for parcels within the Lompa Ranch North specific plan area. Planner Heather Manzo explained the request to change approximately 18.54 acres of SF6 and a small public community parcel to multifamily apartment (MFA) to conform with the recently adopted master plan. "This request is for a zone change and it's based primarily on our 2 map system... the entire site is high density residential," Manzo said, adding that the applicant submitted a pre‑application concept that included 384 units but noted that zoning does not grant entitlement for development.
