Board approves Lompa Ranch right‑of‑way abandonment over supervisor's objection

Associate planner Heather Manzo told the board the request would abandon a future right‑of‑way in the Lompa Ranch North specific plan and noted five conditions of approval, including a requirement that an offer for dedication for the new alignment be recorded before the abandonment could record.
