The Custer County Commission on June 18 adopted Resolution 2025-19 appointing an applicant agent for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP). Commissioner Mark Hartman moved to authorize Finance Officer Dawn McLaughlin to sign as second signatory and for the chairman to sign the application; Commissioner Craig Hindle seconded and the motion passed on a unanimous vote.
