Commission approves two final plats; grants conditional approval pending roadway work
The commission approved a 12‑lot Final Plat (H.E.S. No. 477) contingent on culvert and roadway specifications and approved LOT 19W/19E of South Park Ranch Phase One. Both approvals followed Planning Commission recommendations.

Planning Director Terri Kester asked the commission to approve two final plats. The commission approved the 12‑lot H.E.S. No. 477 (parcel 002001, Rodney Converse) on condition that the culvert is installed and roadway specifications are met. The commission also approved the Final Plat for LOT 19W and LOT 19E of South Park Ranch Subdivision Phase One (Parcel 014806, WBB Management, LLC), which had been recommended by the Planning Commission.
