Board notes restored cell coverage, semiquincentennial planning and IGA questions
In other business the board reported restored cell coverage at Wallowa Lake and Flora, discussed local plans for America's 250th, and responded to a resident's questions about the county's intergovernmental agreement with the City of Joseph. A hearing notice for the afternoon was also announced.

During other business, Emergency Management reported that an interruption of cell coverage at the north end of Wallowa Lake and at Flora had been restored and believed to be a long-term fix. Commissioner Hillock raised the issue and Paul Karvoski said coverage was back on and available that morning.
