Commission approves final plat for Desperado Ranch lot split
The Custer County Commission approved a final plat splitting Lot 11R and Lot 12R of Desperado Ranch Subdivision after a Planning Commission recommendation; the motion passed unanimously.

Planning Director Terri Kester presented the final plat for Lot 11R and Lot 12R of the Desperado Ranch Subdivision, located in the N1/2 NW1/4 of Parcel 015579 (Section 9, T6S, R4E, BHM). Kester said the Planning Commission recommended approval on May 6, 2025. Commissioners moved and seconded the approval and recorded an all-aye vote.
