The Lebanon Planning Commission approved three consent agenda items and pulled one for separate discussion. Staff listed four consent items: final plat approval for Chandler Grove (11 lots, ~33.88 acres), final plat approval for Barton Village Phase 6A (about 113 lots, ~27.28 acres), preliminary site plan approval for Kia of Lebanon (about 8.46 acres), and site plan approval for Prologis Mountain View (Buildings 23 and 4 on ~133.6 acres). A commissioner moved to remove item 3 (Kia of Lebanon) from the consent agenda for separate consideration; that motion passed.
