The Fillmore County Board of Commissioners convened a special bargaining session with AFSCME-represented social workers on May 28, 2026, opening the public meeting at 9:18 a.m. with Chair Randy Dahl presiding. Commissioners Randy Dahl, Mitch Lentz, Larry Hindt, Duane Bakke and Marc Prestby were recorded present alongside Administrator Bobbie Hillery, Human Resources Officer Lindsi Engle and counsel Ann Goering.
