Commission approves UDOT state-aid agreement to complete Historic Orchard Pathway
Community Development staff told commissioners UDOT will cover 80% of the cash match while Box Elder County and Willard City supply a 20% soft match (right-of-way and easements); the commission approved state aid agreement 2619 to proceed to final design and construction.

Box Elder County voted to approve the UDOT state aid agreement No. 2619 to complete the Historic Orchard multiuse non-motorized pathway. Community Development staff said the agreement clears the way for final design and construction; Commissioner Perry moved approval and Commissioner Bingham seconded the motion, which passed by voice vote.
