Board approves parks staffing changes and a pending part-time hire

The board approved a set of parks staffing moves — Jesse Van Hook to full-time labor, Alan Mahan to seasonal, Morris Cardell to year-round part-time, and the rehiring of Melissa Crabtree as seasonal part-time — and separately approved hiring pending background checks for the new part-time employee.
