Auditor Shana Opela presented the Texas County & District Retirement System (TCDRS) 2026 plan year assessment to the Lavaca County Commissioners' Court and recommended keeping the county's existing contribution rate unchanged. After discussion the court voted to keep the plan as-is for the 2026 plan year.
