Staff asked the Paddock board for permission to recommend that Terrell City Council authorize the city manager to begin negotiations with the developer who responded to RFQ 2601 for the Chapman Building. Raelynn explained the evaluation team reviewed the response and that the recommendation is to bring the developer into contract talks so staff and the board can negotiate terms and then present a term sheet and eventual recommendation to city council.
