The board approved the RFP packet for selecting a Construction Manager-At-Risk, including selection criteria for proposals, at its Sept. 10 meeting. Board Secretary Debra Fields-Bell moved to approve the packet for public posting; Board member Trina Smith seconded the motion. The minutes record the vote as unanimous among the five members present (5'0'0'00).
