Council considered Library Advisory Board appointments after staff reported a resignation by Veronica Slayton that left one vacancy. Dawn (staff) presented the roster and noted there were several applications in the packet. Councilmember Stephanie Holmes Thomas said she had spoken to all applicants and moved to appoint Onema Stewart to the library board; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
