Commissioners approve prior minutes, note executive session and adjourn work session
The board approved the Aug. 11, 2026 work session minutes, noted an executive session on Aug. 17 concerning labor and the Melendez litigation (Docket No. CI-22-02890), and adjourned the Aug. 18 work session on motion of Commissioner Yoder, seconded by Commissioner Parsons; the motion passed unanimously and the meeting ended at 10:18 a.m.

Commissioner Ray D'Agostino announced approval of the Aug. 11, 2026 work session minutes during the Aug. 18 meeting. He also announced the board had met in executive session on Aug. 17, 2026, "to discuss a labor matter and matter of litigation, which is the Melendez case, Docket No. CI-22-02890, Court of Common Pleas."
