Wheat Ridge council approved two contracts on Aug. 24 for replacement of the aging Anderson Outdoor Pool: a design contract with the Farnsworth Group for $666,662 and an owner’s-representative contract with Wember Inc. for $291,887. Staff said the pool has structural issues that require full replacement and that both contracts were selected through competitive procurements.
