Engineer: I&I Phase 4 closeout awaits better weather; punch lists prepared for two developments
Entech Engineering reported that the contractor for the 2022 I&I Phase 4 sewer project is delaying final punch-list work until better weather; punch lists are also being prepared for the Fugo Tract and 56–62 Seventh Ave developments, while Castle Cove and Bronson Circle had no updates.

Engineer Matt Boggs of Entech Engineering presented the Engineer's Report, which was attached to the minutes. Mr. Boggs told the board the contractor for the 2022 I&I Phase 4 Sewer Improvements project has been waiting for better weather to complete punch-list items; closeout documents will be provided after those items are completed.
