CFO Smiley told the Ways and Means Committee that staff had identified a clerical duplicate-parcel entry affecting a tax bill and recommended a correction to the county records. "It was a clerical error in a duplicate parcel. The property taxes had been paid in full, so just clerical," Smiley said.
