Chair Darren Batterson moved, seconded by Supervisor Bryan Ziegler, to table consideration of The Samuels Group contract until the Aug. 25, 2026 Wapello County Board of Supervisors meeting. The board voted "All ayes," and the item was continued to the next meeting rather than being approved or rejected on Aug. 19.
