Dale Mikolaczyk, a longtime Old Forge resident, told borough council on July 15 that his engineering and people‑management background make him well suited to help oversee infrastructure projects. Mikolaczyk confirmed he has lived in the borough for 22 years and said he currently works for PennDOT and has held engineering roles in broadcast and aerospace sectors.
