City administrator (speaker 3) updated the board on several active projects: residential development activity, installation of lights at Eliza Carver Park (lights delivered and holes being dug), drainage and dirt work at Las Araujo Park, and excavation and French drain installation at Ball Field No. 1. He said Ball Field No. 1 has been backfilled and needs compaction and a top layer before new bases can be installed.
