Council approves condemnation for 121 Cricket Street after code-enforcement presentation

City code-enforcement staff presented a condemnation case for 121 Cricket Street and asked the council to approve demolition and related actions. The staff presentation stated the parcel number as 0337511004 and that the city received a complaint about the property around July 21, 2016; the presenter also said the property owner, Silas Lee, "is presently incarcerated at the Burghard Parish jailhouse" and that he had signed a notice to show cause while in custody.
