The Chair presented the proposal with a total project cost of $22,962 covered by grant and incentive funds and requested a not-to-exceed contingency of $500 for potential change orders; the recommended equipment is an Autel MaxiCharger serviced by a Lynkwell network subscription estimated at roughly $350 per year for payment processing.
