The Town Board introduced Local Law #2-2024, "A Local Law Imposing a Moratorium on Commercial Solar Uses in the Town of Perth," during the Nov. 7 meeting and scheduled a public hearing for Dec. 5, 2024. Councilman Lewandowski made the motion to introduce the law and Councilman Fisher seconded; the Board voted to move forward and to set the hearing at the December regular meeting.
