Board accepts $1,100 bid to remove Methodist Food Booth from fairgrounds
Bids to tear down and remove the Methodist Food Booth were opened Aug. 10; the Board accepted Daniel Stitt's $1,100 bid over a $1,026 alternative and approved the motion unanimously.

At 10:00 a.m. the Board opened bids to demolish and remove the Methodist Food Booth at the fairgrounds. Two bids were received: James Coady for $1,026.00 and Daniel Stitt for $1,100.00. After opening the bids, Commissioner Charles Fritsche moved to accept Daniel Stitt's $1,100.00 bid; Commissioner Randy Dean seconded and the motion carried on a unanimous roll call: Ayes: Gans, Dean, Fritsche.
