At the June 17 meeting the Rolla City Council approved applying for a USDA Rural Development Rural Business Development Grant to create a revolving loan fund. The council adopted a motion (Albert/Schemmel) to apply and gave signing authority for the grant application to Rebekah Bryant, the Economic Development Director.
