The Oak Ridge City Council approved the Jan. 13, 2025 meeting minutes after a motion from Council Member Scherri Holmes and a second from Council Member Janelle Davis; Mayor Pro Tem Jimmy Quick abstained and the motion carried with the remaining members voting in favor.
