At its March 24 meeting the Oak Ridge City Council approved routine consent items: the March 10, 2025 meeting minutes; payment of bills and invoices dated March 24, 2025; and the February 2025 financial statements. Scherri Holmes moved to approve the March 10 minutes (seconded by Jimmy Quick); Scherri Holmes moved to approve bills and invoices (seconded by Janelle Davis); and Jimmy Quick moved to approve the February financials (seconded by Rolando Guzman). The minutes record each motion as carried among the members present.
