The Oak Ridge City Council approved procedural items and concluded its Feb. 10, 2025 meeting with unanimous votes on recorded motions. Council Member Scherri Holmes moved and Rolando Guzman seconded a motion to approve the minutes of Jan. 27, 2025; the motion was recorded as carried. Council Member Janelle Davis moved and Nena Langford seconded a separate motion to approve payment of bills and invoices dated Feb. 10, 2025; that motion also carried with all members in favor.
