Planning Commission schedules second hearing for bylaw updates after Selectboard backing of river corridor draft

David Schmidt reported that the Selectboard’s majority will vote in favor of the state‑template river corridor draft language and that a public hearing is scheduled for Sept. 15. Commissioners noted that because the river corridor language comes from a state template it cannot be substantially altered in local bylaws.
