Councilmember Dale Dodds moved to approve an agreement with Tree Service and Design for tree pruning, removal, stump grinding, emergency response and other public works services with an amended condition that the company prioritize Piney Point Village during a declared emergency. The motion was seconded by Michael Herminghaus and approved unanimously.
