Board adopts ordinance regulating public cemeteries
The Board unanimously approved Ordinance No. 2025-1 to add Article III (Cemeteries) to Chapter 20, defining cemetery terms, assigning the County Manager supervisory authority, setting rules for lots/interments, imposing maintenance standards, and authorizing fines up to $500 per offense.
