The council ratified an annual agreement with Impress I.T. for $10,584.00; Councilmember Eric Duhon said he believes the city may be overpaying and requested a technical review and follow-up meeting with the vendor, noting an alternative he learned about at the TML Conference through the University of Texas at Austin.

The Simonton City Council ratified an annual support agreement with Impress I.T. for $10,584.00 at its Nov. 5 special meeting. Councilmember Eric Duhon moved to ratify the agreement; the motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Justin Boudreau and passed by a 4-0 vote with the mayor present and not voting.
