New Holland Borough Council on June 3 approved updated Water and Sewer Developer Specifications prepared by borough engineers and staff, a change the borough said replaces guidance that dated from 2017. Water Chairman Charles F. Kidhardt moved the approval; the motion was seconded by Harry M. Klinger and passed.
