Public commenter Roy Darrin told council he is concerned about property conditions and enforcement, saying "He feels nothing seems to be getting cleaned up." Council President Ann Tarantella responded that enforcement "is a process, and it takes times," and Councilwoman Rhonda Balchun cited the Code Assessment Professionals report by noting there were "thirty violations in the past month."
