The planning board reviewed an application to replace a nonconforming shed within the front setback for property owner Ira Parsons. Staff and the chair said the application lacked a homeowner authorization letter, photographic records submitted in advance, and the DEP approval letter for the PBR submission. The board also asked for explicit lot-coverage calculations and a vegetation/revegetation plan showing existing and proposed plantings.
