Engineer: replacement VFD shipped for Well No. 9; arrival expected immediately

James Kinney, an engineer with Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, told Richland Borough Council that the Well No. 9 site has experienced antenna and flow‑meter issues and that the variable frequency drive (VFD) on the pump had thrown an error repeatedly. “A new VFD has been shipped and should arrive in a week or two,” Kinney said during the engineer’s report, later updating the expected delivery to the following day.
