During the Aug. 25 session the court considered private resale bids for properties previously struck off to the county. Michael (transcript: 'Michael Kingo'/'Cano') of Linebarger explained private bids are like settlement offers after a property fails to sell at public auction and that the two larger bids (~$20,900 each) offered a 70–72% recovery of tax owed, which Linebarger recommended the court accept.
