As Lake County refines proposed code changes for lodging and campground uses, planning staff reported alignment with emergency-management providers on public-safety benchmarks. Emergency managers recommended limiting semi-developed campground occupancy to 100 people and keeping semi-primitive/backcountry occupancy at or near 32 where those limits apply.
