Operations Manager Shane Willis explained vendor AV‑Tech is testing two options for the Torrey Pines/Island Sound 4‑Way Stop: install a timer to control brightness or dim the existing lights by more than two‑thirds so they may remain on at night without glare. Willis said installation of an additional speed sign and the dimming will be completed in a single coordinated visit through Eric Long's office.
