Mayor Hogan opened a public hearing at 7:43 p.m. on the Six‑Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). Tyler Sanders provided testimony during the hearing; the mayor closed the hearing at 7:48 p.m. After the hearing, Council Member Mahsa Eshghi moved, and a colleague seconded, to direct the City Attorney to prepare a resolution regarding the Six‑Year TIP for consideration by the full council.
