The Kermit ISD Board of Trustees approved an audit agreement with Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss, LLP on April 16 after Superintendent Dr. Rodney Schneider and Ms. Fuqua presented the recommended engagement. Trustee Ramiro Antillon moved to approve the agreement and Trustee Ricky Morales seconded; the board recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
